    Deposit and Delivery/collection

£75 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining amount (£75 for collection from our Hillsborough studio or £100 for delivery) to be paid by 36 weeks when delivery/collection date will be confirmed.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by PayPal, once we confirm availability for your dates.

Additional costs for delivery may be required if your location is more than 20 miles from Hillsborough.

Delivery/collection will normally be from 37 weeks of pregnancy, or an alternative date as discussed and confirmed when booking.

The standard hire period is 5 weeks commencing at 37 weeks and running to 42 weeks. We know that some babies like to take a little longer so don’t worry if you are approaching 42 weeks, get in touch and we can extend the return date. Pools returned late where we have not been contacted in advance may incur an additional fee as unplanned late returns impact our ability to supply the pool to the next hirer.

    Cancellations

    Cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellation before delivery/collection (37 weeks) – £25 admin fee will be retained. The remainder of the deposit, and any other fees paid will be returned.

Cancellation after delivery/collection – for cancellation within 72 hours of delivery, a partial refund of hire fee may be available if the pool has not been opened or used.

The cost of accessories cannot be refunded after delivery due to the single-use nature of these.

    Return of Pool after Hire

Please contact us once baby has arrived to arrange return of the pool. The pool, pumps, and tap connectors must be returned in a CLEAN, DRY condition. Used liners, hoses, thermometers and strainers should not be returned. A cleaning or replacement charge will be applied if the pool is returned in poor condition.

Use of the equipment is at the hirer’s own risk. The hirer is responsible for the use and safety of the pool and accessories while in their care. It must be kept away from pets and cigarette smoke, and not to be used as children toys. It is your responsibility to use the pool and accessories according to the manufacturer’s instructions and to ensure that the intended environment is suitable for the use of the pool, e.g. size of the pool, weight of the pool when filled.
